We now have a new online triage system, AccuRx, in place for appointments and no longer book appointments through the phone; all requests will now be processed online through our triage platform so clinicians can review and offer appointments based on clinical urgency. Waiting on the phone to book an appointment does not speed up the process. Reception will be completing the exact same form for you that you would have to complete online, and the doctor will still review your request based on urgency. It is longer for us to fill out the form for you than it is for you to complete the form yourself online.
