Merton Talking Therapies, previously Merton Uplift, provide free confidential psychological and wellbeing interventions for common mental health problems (anxiety disorders or depression).

Referrals are accepted from people aged 18 years and over who are Merton residents, or non-Merton residents who are registered with a Merton GP.

Recovery Cafe

South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust have commissioned two Recovery Cafes for residents in South West London. They offer safe, inclusive and welcoming spaces for people who are struggling to cope with their mental health during the evening and weekends when other services may be closed.
