Repeat prescriptions

You can order all repeat prescriptions using the NHS app. To order a repeat prescription, please go to the NHS App (https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/account/) and click on the repeat prescription button. You will be able to view your orders, select a pharmacy, and view aspects of your medical record. This means you can order your medicine when you need it without having to see a GP until your next medication review. 

Please note the online service is for Repeat Prescriptions only. All other medication must be requested using AccuRx: Contact us about your request (accurx.com). You can use AccuRx to order a new prescription or if you have a medication query.

Alternatively, please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Please be aware we need at least 2 working days to process your prescription (within working hours Monday to Friday). If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).

Several local pharmacies provide a service for ordering and collecting prescriptions. Please ask if your pharmacy provides this service.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
